Never fear! We can scan barcodes from most smartphones so make sure your phone has plenty of juice!

You can use our ticket transfer service to split the tickets and get them emailed directly to your friends/family. If you can't do this, the first person to arrive should collect the lanyards for their party. This person will then need to leave the venue temporarily to pass on the remaining lanyards as their friends arrive.

If you purchased your ticket directly from this website you won't have a problem - however, beware! Tickets bought via third parties aren't guaranteed to be valid! Every barcode is unique - if you arrive at our registration desk and the barcode has already been scanned, you will be declined entry.

WFCTheVenue is situated 12 miles north of Birmingham, located in the heart of the West Midlands. Close proximity to the M6 motorway Junction 9 and within a short walking distance to Bescot train station. On site there are 1000 FREE car parking spaces with many hotels close by.  

The doors to the event will open at 11am and close at 5pm on Friday, 10am until 5pm on Saturday, then doors will re-open at 7.30 for the after event party which ends at 23.00.

You will need to print your email, which includes your ticket, or have the full ticket ready on your phone on entry to the event. Both will be accepted.

Tickets for SoTFest can only be purchased beforehand. There will be no tickets available on the day.

Standard adult or child ticket gives entry to the SoTFest2024 event and lanyard on the day/s you have purchased tickets for. VIP ticket gives entry to the event for both days plus a limited ‘Goodie bag’ and lanyard. After Party ticket gives entry to the after event party. (18+ only)
